The search process for candidate profiles comprises several steps:

1) Preliminary discussion of your request

You may contact us using any of the below means of communication:


Once you place your request, your personal manager will contact you to answer all your questions, provide details on our cooperation terms and, where needed, help complete a recruitment application form. Your personal manager will also discuss time convenient for you to meet for a more detailed discussion and entering into the relevant services agreement.

Immediately after we receive your request, our specialists start actively searching for the suitable candidates, including in our ever-updated CV database. As at 12 January 2010, our database includes over 1,049,500 CVs.

2) Selection of Candidates

Promptly after execution of the application form and the agreement, we provide you with the candidates’ CVs and start the introduction process. As searching resources, we use our internal CV database, media, Internet, professional knowledge and connections of our recruitment specialists etc.

At any time we are ready to provide you with an update and status of your request, i.e. where your employment advertisement has been placed, how many applicants we have invited for an interview to our agency, on which grounds we reject or recommend to you those candidates, etc .

3) Introduction of Candidates

Following the search, selection and assessment of the found candidates, we will provide you, on average, with 5 to 10 candidates most meeting your requirements. In addition to their CVs, you will also be provided with the manager’s opinion, recommendation letters from former employers and, if required, results of psychological and professional tests taken by a given candidate. Upon the client’s request, we will verify authenticity of the information provided by the candidate. Our manager will arrange for the candidate’s interview with you.

4) Placement

A candidate’s employment (placement) is deemed to commence on the date when the candidate actually starts its employment at the client’s company. Within 3 days following the placement of the candidate, we execute a services acceptance certificate and issue you an invoice. For 3 to 6 months following the placement, our guarantees for the candidate remain in effect, and any replacement of that candidate is made FREE OF CHARGE.

5) Follow-up support of candidates

During the probation period, we provide the candidate with a follow-up support, ie complex of measures that ensure smooth adaptation of the candidate at you company. In this respect, we offer a number of solutions that allow for the candidate’s specific characteristics and the client’s corporate culture.
